# Ready Reports

> Statements of Environmental Effects (SEE) for NSW development applications, $249 fixed including GST,
> prepared for the lot and the proposal, within 48 hours. Also: a free fixed quote for drawings. A free
> "check your block" lookup returns a lot's planning controls.

Not a section 10.7 planning certificate and not planning advice. Council decides every application.

## Look up a property

- `GET https://readyreports.com.au/site/{address-slug}.json`: planning facts for an address, e.g.
  `https://readyreports.com.au/site/51-sherbrook-road-hornsby.json`. Errors: `address_not_found` (with `candidates`), `strata`.
- `GET https://readyreports.com.au/api/site?address=51+Sherbrook+Road+Hornsby`: the same, from free text.

## Order

Products: `see` (the SEE) and `drawings-quote` (free). Every order needs the `address` answer: use the
`address` from the lookup above so it matches the lot. Other answers are listed per product at
`https://readyreports.com.au/_sk/api/products` (`questions`).

## For agents buying on someone's behalf

- `GET https://readyreports.com.au/_sk/api/products`: products with variants, prices (cents) and stock. Filter with `?collection=`, `?type=`, `?tag=`.
- `GET https://readyreports.com.au/_sk/api/products/{handle}`: one product.
- `POST https://readyreports.com.au/_sk/api/orders` (JSON): create an order and get a Stripe `checkoutUrl` for the buyer to pay.

  Returns `orderId`, `token`, `total` and `checkoutUrl`. Service products list the `questions` they need answered;
  physical products collect the shipping address at checkout.
- `POST https://readyreports.com.au/_sk/api/orders/{orderId}/files?t={token}&filename=plans.pdf`: upload a file (PDF or image, 25 MB max) as the raw body.
- `GET https://readyreports.com.au/_sk/api/orders/{orderId}?t={token}`: status, tracking and download links.

Errors are JSON with a `code` (for example `invalid_fields`, `cart_problems`, `not_found`).
