Shipping and returns
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We ship to AU.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you a tracking link. Your order page always shows its latest status.
Returns
If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging; return postage is at your cost, and we refund the item price once we receive it. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as the Australian Consumer Law requires, and cover the return postage.
