This website is operated by Ready Reports. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Ready Reports. We offer readyreports.com.au, including all information, tools and services on it, to you on the condition that you accept these terms.

By visiting the site or buying from us you agree to these terms of service ("terms"), together with our privacy policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

1. Using the site

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from us. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaks any law in your jurisdiction. You must not send viruses or any code of a destructive nature. Breaching any of these terms ends your right to use our services.

2. What we sell

Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE). A written statement for a development application in New South Wales, prepared from the address, project details and plans you give us and the planning controls that apply to the property. You receive it as a PDF and an editable Word file.

Fixed quote for drawings. A free, no-obligation quote. Any drawings work is agreed separately.

Check your block. A free lookup of the planning controls published for a lot.

3. Not planning advice

Our documents and lookups are prepared from planning information published by NSW government agencies and councils, as it stands when we prepare them, and from what you tell us. They are not a planning certificate under section 10.7 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, and they are not legal or planning advice.

The council or other consent authority decides every application. We do not promise that any application will be accepted, assessed in a particular way or approved. You are responsible for checking that the documents suit your proposal and for everything you lodge.

4. Accuracy of information

Planning data can change, be incomplete or contain errors, and we rely on it as published. Information on this site is for general information only and should not be the only basis for any decision. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details, plans and files you give us; we prepare your documents from them.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you order. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the address is outside NSW, the lot is part of a strata or community scheme we cannot report on, or the details provided are not enough to prepare the document. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Once you have paid and given us the details we need, we prepare your documents and make them available to download from your order page, usually within 48 hours. If we will be later than that, we will tell you by email. We may contact you by email or phone if we need more information.

7. Refunds and the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include having the document corrected or a refund.

Our SEE guarantee. If council returns or rejects your development application because of the Statement of Environmental Effects we prepared, tell us within 30 days of council's notice. We will correct the SEE at no cost or, if you prefer, refund the price you paid for it in full. Changes council asks for to the SEE for the same application are included at no cost.

If you are not happy with a document, contact us within 30 days of delivery and tell us what is wrong. We will correct errors that come from our work at no cost. If we have not started work on your order, you can cancel it for a full refund. Changing your project after we have delivered is a new order.

8. Your account and order links

Each order has a private link. Anyone with the link can see the order and download its documents, so keep it safe and do not share it publicly.

9. Third-party tools and links

The site uses third-party services, including Google Maps for address search and Stripe for payment, and may link to other websites such as the NSW Planning Portal. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or for any harm from using them. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms.

10. Intellectual property

The site, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors. Once you have paid, you may use, copy and adapt the documents we deliver for your project, including lodging them with a consent authority and sharing them with your consultants. You may not resell them or our site content.

11. Prohibited uses

You must not use the site or its content to break any law; to infringe anyone's intellectual property; to harass, abuse or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; to collect personal information about others; to scrape, crawl or overload the site beyond the public API described in llms.txt; or to get around any security feature. We may end your use of the site for breaching these rules.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows: the site and our free tools are provided "as is" without warranties; we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, delay or the outcome of any application; and our total liability for any order is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the price you paid for it.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party, except to the extent caused by us.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in effect. These terms, the privacy policy and any terms shown when you order are the whole agreement between you and us about the site and our services. Our not enforcing a right does not waive it.

15. Ending these terms

These terms apply until ended by you or us. You can end them at any time by stopping using the site. Obligations and liabilities incurred before they end survive.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
